Sturgis Wheel Company, Inc. will warrant all products manufactured by Sturgis Wheel Company, Inc. to be free of defects in material an or workmanship, under normal use, to the original owner for a period of one year from the original purchase date. No warranty will be valid unless a return authorization has been issued by Sturgis Wheel Company, Inc. and a copy of the original sales invoice is included. Under normal use, Sturgis Wheel Company, Inc. agrees to replace or repair without charge any product which may be deemed to have failed in material or workmanship. Any such returned product must be returned by the distributor/dealer/customer, after authorization, freight paid to Sturgis Wheel Company Inc. before a replacement part or repairs will be issued. Corrosion of the finish due to chemical, neglect or salt water exposure is not warranted. Once any product has been mounted, no return will be allowed for cosmetic defects.

Sturgis Wheel Company, Inc. hereby disclaims all other expressed warranties. Sturgis Wheel Company, Inc. disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchatability and use for particular purpose, to the extent state and federal laws allow. This warranty may provide certain legal rights and other rights under your state law. No warranty or representation by any one other that Sturgis Wheel Company, Inc. will be binding.
